The Present

I have an unequivocal passion for wellness. I believe in helping you to live your best life, pain free. This is the very reason that gaining my license as a massage therapist was just the beginning of my educational goals. I strive to offer a wide variety of modalities that will be personally modified with YOU in mind. Skilled in specialized and therapeutic bodywork, I offer a detailed and customized experience, including helping you to understand yourself and your needs on a deeper level. This endeavor is never taken lightly, as I focus on not just the body, but the mind and spirit! My services are extended to those of all ages and abilities. Types of bodywork I utilize include CranioSacral Therapy, Thai massage, hot stone massage, heated bamboo massage, stretching, cupping and aquatic bodywork.

The Past

I was a competitive athlete from a young age. Due to a scoliosis diagnosis and resulting complications, I had to undergo extensive surgery. Years later, while working towards my a nursing degree, I was introduced to Craniosacral Therapy. This holistic, healing therapy changed my life. The pain was replaced with wellness. It was through these incredible struggles that I found God. Through this pain and ultimate discovery, my faith was born. I am devoted to helping those in need through Christ who once helped me in need.

The Future

I'm very excited to announce that I will be training with Rotem, a Certified Aquatic Bodyworker by W.A.B.A. (Worldwide Aquatic Bodywork Association) and by AEA (Aquatic Exercise Association) who has over 20 years of experience in working with the human body. A physical therapist by trade, Rotem will help guide through Aqua Stretch.™  This type of bodywork was developed by Dr George Eversaul and was declared by the American Physical Association as superior to any land-based modality known today. The practitioner will trigger the receiver's intuitive movement in order to correct and fix itself. Rotem is one of only 3 people who utilizes this type of therapy.

I am also pursuing my practitioner licensing for Watsu Therapy. This is a type of water therapy that involved stretching, massage and acupressure in warm water. The goal is to promote a healthy flow of energy and release tight muscles. It can also help reduce anxiety, increase mobility and decrease pain. It’s incredibly effective as well. I am excited and humbled to be bringing both of these therapies to the Black Hills. I cannot wait to share this with my amazing community.

My Journey

The pandemic pushed my plan into motion! I had always dreamed of helping others and dreamed that one day I would open my own health and wellness practice. Now, here I am, bringing my personal brand of healing and wellness to the Black Hills.

The Words I Live By

Ephesians 2:10

For we are God's masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.

Hebrews 10:24-25

And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the day approaching.
